LuxAptScout provides luxury apartment scouting services in Singapore. Our services include property search, viewing arrangements, and consultation services as described on our website.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities under your account.

Service Fees

Our service fees are as listed on our website. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change. We will notify you of any fee changes before they take effect.

Terms of Usage

Our services are for personal use only. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation terms vary by service package. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy detailed below.

Refund Policy

For Premium Property Search services, cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. VIP Concierge Service cancellations are subject to a 20% administrative fee. Relocation Package cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

LuxAptScout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during service delivery are the property of LuxAptScout and are protected by copyright laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
